The Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner is a soothing and regenerating toner designed for dry, sensitive, or redness-prone skin. It is formulated with soothing water and organic oat extract, and PDRN (Sodium DNA), which gently supports skin regeneration. Ceramide NP, panthenol, and beta-glucan strengthen the moisture barrier and help smooth uneven texture. Its watery yet nourishing texture absorbs quickly without a sticky feeling. Used morning and evening, it leaves the skin soft, calm, and balanced.
Directions for use: After cleansing, pour an appropriate amount into your hands or onto a cotton pad and apply evenly. Pat gently to promote absorption. Morning and evening.
