The Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner is Haruharu Wonder's signature toner, a hydrating and antioxidant staple. It combines fermented Korean black rice extract, rich in polyphenols and flavonoids, with Moso bamboo shoots, skullcap, and ginseng for a soothing and radiant effect. Hyaluronic acid and beta-glucan retain moisture and plump the skin in a vegan formula made with 95% naturally derived ingredients, fermented for enhanced absorption. Its lightweight texture can be applied with a cotton pad or by hand and absorbs quickly. Contains alcohol and a touch of lavender essential oil.
Directions: After cleansing, soak a cotton pad and apply in the direction of skin growth, then pat gently to absorb.
